How to Use
This beeswax melting device is designed for recovering beeswax using a steam method. To use this device, you would typically follow these steps:
- Fill the polypropylene settling tank, which has a capacity of 31.5 liters, with cappings and/or frames you wish to render down. Place wax collecting pan underneath.
- Fill the steam generator and turn on. This generator produces the steam necessary for melting the wax.
- Refill wax melter and steam unit to repeat as needed.
- DO NOT ALLOW THE STEAM GENERATOR TO RUN DRY - THIS WILL DAMAGE STEAM GENERATOR AND COULD CREATE A FIRE HAZARD
- Caution - all parts of the device will be hot.
